A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out an experte order asking them to restrain the Independent National Electoral Commission from performing its functions of collation of results of the 2019 elections IN Rivers State.
The Rivers State AAC/APC alliance had approached the court seeking it to restrain INEC from collating or announcing the results of the election.
Justice Inyang adjourned the matter to March 25 for hearing of the originating summons of the AAC.
Suits filed by two other political parties, Labour and APDA, are yet to be slated for hearing.
The AAC approached the court to stop the Collation and Declaration of results for the Rivers State Governorship election.
